We love Custom orders! Message us directly and let us know how we can help! We offer free gift wrapping and hand crafted card for each single order. Custom orders are required to have insurance; and cannot be canceled after ordering. Unfortunately custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order has any damages please let us know within 48 hours of delivery.

We offer Free gift wrapping and hand crafted card for each single order, just ask or request in your buyer's note! Shower favors can have individual tags/cards for an additional charge.

Wholesale availability

Theres a brown or black fleck on the bottom of my lotion bar.. Whats that?

We use all organic and unrefined Cocoa & Shea Butters. Some of those butters may still have sediment. It's rare but happens. Not to worry its not harmful.

Where's my order?

You will receive an email to get your shipping tracking information. If your package was due to arrive at a certain time and has not arrived to your destination please call USPS immediately and open a case for your missing package. Unfortunately once the item has shipped and left our studio its up to buyers to keep an eye on their package arrival dates and times. We are not responsible for missing/stolen packages.
